Limited Warranty

The warranty obligations of SignX Co., Inc. ("SignX") are limited to the terms set forth below.

NEW INDOOR / OUTDOOR ELECTRICAL AND NON-ELECTRICAL SIGNS
SignX warranties this product for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, against faulty workmanship and construction, except as defined below:

	1.) ELECTRICAL or ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS. Ninety days on workmanship and materials. This DOES NOT include conversion labor, freight or installation. Lamps are not warranted.
	2.) INSTALLATION. One year on workmanship and materials if provided as part of the sale of the sign.
	3.) NOTE. Other terms and conditions apply. See "OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS" listed below

INDOOR / OUTDOOR ELECTRICAL AND NON-ELECTRICAL SIGN SERVICE
SignX warranties service work as defined below:

1.) WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY to TRANSFORMERS AND BALLASTS for a term of ninety days after the date of repair. This DOES NOT include conversion labor, freight or installation. Lamps, neon tubes and other electrical components are not warranted. SignX DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY OTHER PARTS. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.

MUNICIPAL VEHICLE LETTERING PROGRAM (MVLP)
SignX warranties this product for five years from the date of original purchase, against faulty workmanship and construction as defined below:

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.) MALFUNCTION. Should there be a malfunction covered by the above warranty, SignX shall, upon prompt written notice from the purchaser, have a reasonable period of time in which to investigate and take corrective action. SignX’s liability is limited solely to repairing or replacing, at its option, any material which, on inspection, at its facility or by SignX’s service agent, is found to be defective within the warranty period. Written notice shall include your name, address, telephone number and a copy of the bill of sale as proof of date of purchase. Labor charges incidental to any repair or replacement outlined above are covered by the warranty (except as noted above). Shipment or replacement parts covered by this warranty shall be at the sole cost, expense and method as determined by SignX or its authorized agent.

2.) LIABILITY. In no case will SignX be liable for warranty cost caused by accident, misuse, act of God, misapplication, vandalism, abuse of display or damage to display caused by owners negligence; if the sign is determined to be illegal under law; if the product has been modified without the written permission of SignX; if the product has been modified by any person or company other than SignX; or if any SignX serial number has been removed or defaced. This warranty applies only to sign products manufactured by SignX that can be identified by the SignX trademark, trade name, logo, or serial number affixed to them. SignX does not warrant any products that are not SignX products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear associated with exterior signage displays.

3.) NOTE. At no time will SignX be responsible for any charges for repair or replacement of any component or signs without prior written approval from a duly authorized representative of SignX. Failure to obtain approval will result in cancellation of warranty. This warranty is not transferable.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SignX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No SignX officer, dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

SignX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.
